Gráfica libre: Rondó Brillante

LGRU is a traveling laboratory for the discussion and development of free tools by and for artists, designers, and programmers.

As a "starter" for this collaboration, Escuela de Arte 10 proposes the "Rondó brillante" activity, where students of graphic design of the Escuela de Arte 10 will teach Primary School kids (Aulas Balia of CEIP Francisco de Goya) some of the fundamentals of design using free software tools, in order to generate typographic images to illustrate a musical composition by Eduardo Costa about popular children songs for a childern orchestra (Escuela de música Andana).

The projet will have two main stages: two practical sessions with students of Arte 10 and Fundación Balia, and a chamber music concert with the students of the elemental course of Andana, along with visuals by Miguel Angel Lastra using the graphic results.
