The image of a lab situates us in a place full of test tubes, aseptic substances, centres for scientific experimentation. On the other hand, kitchens are these private home spaces where we establish relationships with our family and friends, but where we also experiment with food. If we put these two images together, we would get an idea of what is a FoodLab.
