First debate session on the draft of the PECAM, the Strategic Plan of Culture of the Madrid City Council. Panelists Berta Sureda (Reina Sofía Museum), Mar Núñez (Kulturometer), Adolfo Estalella (CSIC, Prototyping) and Jaron Rowan (demasiadosuperavit.net) point out different aspects of the plan and discuss key concepts such as citizen involvement, cultural industries, cultural tourism, access to culture, the rol of the public sphere and its relationship with private and self-managed initiatives.
