Jesús Jara López was born in Madrid in 1981. He has graduated on Computer Science at Complutense University of Madrid, Teacher for primary education at C.E.S. Don Bosco and Computer musician at Hochschule fur Musik Karlsruhe, Germany. He works since 2015 on projects regarding pedagogy, technology and music. Some of the institutions he has work with are Medialab Prado, Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza, CentroCentro, Matadero, ZKM, MNCARS, or Tabakalera, among others.
He has created the working group Live Code Mad, for the experimentation of Live Coding. He has take part on various festivals like Festival EXPLORA (Bilbao), In-Sonora (Madrid), Transmediale (Berlin), Algomech Festival (UK). He has founded the Escuela de Oficios Electrosonoros, where he run Workshops about technology and music. You can find a portfolio of artistic projects here.
