Fungicity

In this workshop we will learn to cultivate a variant of mushrooms for home, see their needs, problems, some recipes for different types of cultivated mushrooms of a subsistence mode.

We also discuss other concepts such as:

• Architecture for growing mushrooms at home.
• Symbiotic relationship between fungi and food wastes or production processes Cuisine.
• Development of a compendium of information, manuals, data networking, on the cultivation of mushrooms.

It is a working group monthly. Do not worry if you can not find a place, and stay tuned for the following appointments. This is not a training workshop, but a collaborative group work, do not wait learning that arises to share knowledge among all, including your own.
