9:45h - 10:15h. Open data, Open Governement with Nagore de los Ríos (Director of Open Government and Communication on the Internet at the Basque Government).

10:15 - 11:30h. Round table. Data Journalism. Panelists: Chiqui Esteban (Director of New Narratives at La Información), Carlos Martínez de la Serna (Responsible for Online News Association's in Spain) and Luís Pinheiro (Subdirector of Projects at RTVE.es).

11:30h - 12:00h. Break – Coffee.

11:30h - 13:30h. Round table. Panelists: Carlos Sánchez (Thedatarepublic), Francisco J. Jariego (Director of Technologies at Telefónica Digital), Óscar Marín Miró (CEO at Outliers) and Elena Alfaro (Innovation Manager at BBVA).
