This popular science project is based in the concept of 2.0 competitive surveillance from the ground about the world of food, based on the experience and direct observation of travelers/trained observers. It analyzes tendencies of emerging consuming, science and technology around geography, industrial processes, new products and packaging and so on. It spreads in real time this highly valuable knowledge using social media and new technologies of information and communication.
Project promoted by the CentroTecnológico AZTI-Tecnalia specialized in Sea and Food research, and Mondragon Innovation Knowledge (MIK, S.Coop), an innovation in management center specialized in social and institutional innovation supported by the Fundación Española para la Ciencia y la Tecnología (FECYT), the IRTA and the Basque Culinary Center.
