Data Is Political is a new research project that examines the relationship between art, design and the politics of information. It identifies a real desire to read, visualize and make sense of vast and expanding archives of digital information. Far from the neutral value of this act, the visualization of information takes place inside a complex and controversial field of competing agendas, therefore, the data is political.
